In the middle of rural nowhere, with trees, forest, and nature on both sides, you spot a long dirt driveway. Trees tall and wide are on both sides. There is a sign high in the first tree. It says Sea Fire Stables......
Down the driveway you go, wondering and curious to see about this Sea Fire Stables. You need a place for your horses, and maybe this place boards......
A girl of about 16 is walking into a barn, and you decide to ask her some questions, and she instead shows you around......
There are 3 barns, a 10 stall broodmare barn, stalls are 15 feet by 15 feet, and the stall doors are the half doors that swing open. There is an office, a cross-tie/ wash stall/ examining area, a feed room, and an equipment room in the broodmare barn. You learn this barn is only for pregnant mares who are within 2 months of birth, or have a special reason for being there. Every stall has a ring to tie your horse if cross-ties are in use, among other things. The ceilings are high, the stalls are clean, and the whole barn is well lit and ventilated.
The main barn has 40 stalls, all are 13 feet by 13 feet. 20 of the stalls are irish type stalls, 10 are full bar door type stalls, and the other 10 are half door type stalls like in the broodmare barn. There are, among other important/ really nice and handy to have things, are rings to tie your horse up in every stall on the farm. There are, in the main barn, 6 cross-ties/washstalls in the main barn all of which are 15 feet by 15 feet, one feed room, and one office. There are 2 tackroom/lounges on the farm, and both connect the main barn to the next and last barn, the training barn. The ceilings are high, the stalls are clean, and the whole barn is well lit and ventilated.
The training barn has 30 stalls, 15 of which are irish type stalls and the other 15 of which are full bar door type stalls. All stalls are 13 feet by 13 feet. There are 3 cross-ties/wash-stalls in this barn, plus a feed room. The ceilings are high, the stalls are clean, and the whole barn is well lit and ventilated. All cross-ties/wash-stalls are 15 feet by 15 feet.
There are additional cross ties and wash stalls outside in between the main barn and the training barn.
Feed: Here is a list of all the feed and suppliments we can supply, additional suppliments, medications or feeds can be found out about if you message me.
There are 2 outdoor arenas, 3 indoor arenas, one training and lower level dressage arena, and one grand prix size dressage arena. There are markers in all the arenas for dressage. There is also 3 huge fields off a couple of the many trails there are here on the property There is jumping poles available in all arenas, as well as barrels for the fields. There are 3 round-pens, Monty Roberts Recommended size. One round pen is covered like an indoor and the others are just outdoors.
All barns, indoors, tackrooms, indoor and outdoor cross-ties are heated and air-conditioned. All wash stalls have regular water and heated water.
There are 60 paddocks varying in size, some are only big enough to hold one horse, some two, some many more. There are also 2 huge pastures, one for retirement and one for broodmare. there are in/outs in some of the paddocks. All paddocks have true Kentucky Blue-Grass.
All the paddocks are cleaned once a week. All the stalls are cleaned at least once a day (sometimes even twice if your horse has a nasty stall) and clean, fresh bedding is applied everyday. Every horse goes outside everyday, (weather depending) and are out from about 8:00am to about 4:00pm. On summer mornings the horses may go out earlier and come in earlier if it gets too hot. If you do not wish for your horse to go outside at all, or if you wish for your horse to go out at night, or for a short period during the day than put that in with your requests.
We do do training here, we also will sell your horse for you. Message me to talk about costs, we will train or sell anything!
Stable board is $260 per month and pasture/paddock board is $100. The $260 dollar stable board includes all the regular stuff that is to be done for stable board but also includes getting your horse regularly vetted and shod. This also includes regular vaccinations and worming, but does not cover extensive emergency costs. Also, this price DOES NOT cover for show shoes. If you do not want this vet and farrier included feature than stable board would be $100. Paddock board minus the vet and farrier feature would be $50.
There is way to much to talk about for this farm, so message me for more info, if you want your horse to be trained, boarded, sold, have any other requests, or even if you want pictures! Message me!
PICTURES, LAYOUT, AND OTHER BONUSES COMING SOON!
